What we collect
Through the membership form: your first name, email address, country, number of listings, the platforms you use and the language of the page. Nothing else.
Why
To register your membership, send you our news and consult you before we take a position. Your data is never sold, and never shared with any platform.
Legal basis
Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), given by ticking the box on the form and confirmed by clicking the link in our confirmation email. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who processes it for us
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) keeps the list of members and sends our emails. Data is hosted in the European Union.
- Cloudflare hosts the site and runs the anti-spam check on the form (Turnstile), which processes technical data such as your IP address.
How long we keep it
As long as you are a member. If you do not confirm your request by email, you are not added to our list. If you unsubscribe, we keep only your email address, marked as unsubscribed, so that we never write to you again; ask us and we will delete it too.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, and receive a copy of it: write to [email protected]. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr) or to the data protection authority of your country.
Cookies
Hosts Alliance sets no cookies and uses no tracking or advertising tools.
